I’m starting to plan my wedding and I would like to know if you guys know any application, program or oline website that can help me organize everything?

You can try the weddingwire.com. I am a wedding planner and I use wedding wire for some brides that are far away from me. It helps alot. Hope you find what you are looking for.

I actually just use a master excel sheet to keep track of everything. And my iPad!

excel spreadsheets 🙂 I think several sites have free wedding planners you can download, I found one once but can’t remember the name, sorry! Just type free wedding planner into google, I am sure you can find something 🙂

I use Theknot.com for my wedding checklist, they give you suggestions on what you should do for each month and everything in the checklist is customizable and you can add your own checklist items.
I also use it for seating arrangements to get a general layout idea of my reception room. They also have inspiration boards I enjoy using, I switch between their boards and pinterest for picture ideas.
They also have a budgeter and guest list with a free wedding website, I love that place. I just don’t recommend using their forums. xD
I also use wedding wire, they are extremely helpful.
Other then that I don’t know of anything else, I am curious about using Excel though!

I am also an event planner and I have 2 types of packages– the one where I do everything, and the one where I just do the day-of stuff. For the brides that want to plan on their own I HIGHLY recommend theknot.com’s checklist. It’s highly customizable, and easy to follow; plus they have a phone app now!

I am using Google Docs so I can share the items with my fiance. I just have a folder in Google Docs and lots of documents within there.
As I get more things solidified, I’ll go look at some of the online planners and checklists, but I found them to not be robust enough when I was just getting started – they didn’t have enough room to accomodate all my ideas.
You’ll want some sort of folder/binder when you go look at sites and venues. I use a 13-folder expanding file (plastic) and I epoxied a clip board onto the back of it. It is PERFECT! You will get more paper than you know what to do with.
