Hi Bees 😀 I can finally join in with all the planning as I’m no longer waiting <3
I was wondering how the rest of you went about it…
What do you find is the easiest way to plan?
Do you scrapbook or have another method?
Our first priority is saving for a deposit on a house and getting moved in there so we have a good year or two and the FI is more excited than me I think! haha
He wants to get to planning right away (and I was worried he’d be a typical male about it all – I’m a lucky girl!)
So yeah where do you log your finds and what kind of stuff do you log?

I love Google Docs to get started. I have a budget spreadsheet, a guest spreadsheet (with a tab for bride, groom, and parent wishlist), a photographer spreadsheet with links, contact information, and package breakdowns. And so on.
i also have a binder that is full of dress ideas, color schemes, contracts for vendors we’ve booked, and informational packets from vendors we haven’t.

DH and I sat down with a list of EVERYTHING, and took turns putting the things we wanted most on a list from most to least important!
It’s how we decided to spend half our budget on the honeymoon!

Excel spreadsheets all the way! I had a spread sheet to compare different vendors, a total costs spreadsheet, a date when things are due/deposits/still owed, guest list/addresses/rsvp reply. I gave my vendors links to specific pinterest boards so I made specific boards for my florist and photographer. Good luck!
