@alysee: Are you doing favors? Flowers? Food tasting? Do you already have your dress, and does your groom/groomsmen already have their suits? Do you have your officiant? Do you know where your rehearsal dinner will be? Do you need any sort of transportation to/from ceremony/reception? Do you have your venue already?
@alysee: Thank you, thank you, thank you! Favours, weren’t accounted for. Flowers are being picked by my sister(who is a florist), groomsmen have their suits, they need their ties, officiant is booked, no idea where rehearsal dinner will be yet, and i’ve figured out venues and transportation.
Not sure if your are interested in signing up for another bridal site but the knot dot come has an interactive timeline/budget manager where it gives you ALLLLLL of the things you didnt think you would need to do. I have acually deleted plenty of “to dos” off my list.
I should follow yours since it’s a week after mine lol, but I do have theknot.com one as well
@alysee wow you’re so organized!
Do you need to do a menu/taste testing with the venue/caterer and engagement shoot?
@fallparkbride: I’ve only read the info online, but from what I understand is that I can apply and get a license right away, but it’s only good for 3 months, so you have to get married within 3 months of obtaining the certificate. I think…again. I’ve read this all on the Internet so I probably should call.
