Check Mrs. Cheeseburger's archives. I know she did a couple of blog posts and listed tons of her music.
for the dinner playlist I'd recommend anything by James Taylor, the Eagles, maybe even some Jimmy Buffet

Hey bees!
FI and I are having our reception at a restaurant (no dance floor or DJ's... we're only allowed a classical or jazz band OR we can create our own playlist and plug it into the restaurant's sound system). So we decided to make our own playlists for the wedding and here's where I can use some suggestions. We've already got some Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, Beatles, Fleetwood Mac, The Doors, etc to give you an idea of our music taste.. but we're not really opposed to any particular music.
The 3 playlists:
Cocktail hour playlist (open?)
Dinner playlist (mellower, give people a chance to talk over their food)
Post-dinner playlist (more upbeat)
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
