Maybe have it made to be low setting under your ring so it dont rub on it . you could have smaller diamonds in like a three band sytle .

OrdinaryRainbow:  Just get a lower set band then. If you want more bling I agree you can have a band on each side of your ring. Or you can reset your e-ring to be higher set or be more blingy. I don’t see other options, sorry.

If you don’t mind the mismatched stacked look perhaps you could get a lower set pave band to go between this band and your e ring?

A lot of women use a thin band in between the two rings. I see it a lot over at Pricescope. You might consider bringing your sapphire band along to see what it looks like in between the two rings. 

You could also look into a wrap which would bling up the look. Beautiful ering!
