@londonchick:  Yes! my 4in Louboutins were not the most feet friendly shoes! I wore them in the kitchen, sat on the couch, practised first dance in them. Definitely break them in even if you are a seasoned high heel walker.

I sort of broke them in at my house on the carpet because I didn’t want to ruin them too much before the detail photos (e.g. no toe/heel prints on the sole). Unfortunately, this appeared to not have been enough breaking in as after bridal prep, first look and family photos, my feet were hurting so much that I was glad I had about 30 minutes before the ceremony to sit with my shoes off! I normally wear high heels every day, but what was comfortably snug in the coolness of my living room turned into tightness when my feet expanded from the heat and the running around.
