Hi Bees- For a Christmas wedding is it ok to wear open toed shoes? I keep going back and forth on this and thought you all could help me make a decision-
Thank you and good luck to you all in your planning-

@AlmostMrsEckelberger: You’re probably fine because you won’t be walking around outside. Open toed shoes + bad weather = yukky.
I think these boots are quite cute (a little casual though)!

- Wedding: January 2013 - Harbourfront Grand Hall
@AlmostMrsEckelberger: I’m not because my toes always freeze off but if you’re not worried about that I don’t see why not!
I’ve also got boots in case it snows a lot the day of or night before and flats for the reception 🙂

I’m wearing open toed shoes in 22 days…and a lightweight strapless dress…the wedding is indoors, what should the season matter??? 🙂

I wore an open toe platform heel for our outdoor ceremony and was fine. For our pics that were taken on snow I wore boots. I think open toe is perfectly normal for winter. Just think of all the fancy strapy heels women wear for New Years?!
