Boston_MrsS_to_be:  We have the same wedding shoes 🙂 Beware of the weird smell they have.  I think it might be from the glue they used for the rhinestones.  Also, about half way through the night, I had to take them off bc I was in a lot of pain – and I NEVER – take off my shoes in public.  I was dancing all night though… if you’re planning on sitting pretty, these will be perfect.

xoxovmarie:  Boston_MrsS_to_be:  I had the same shoes! They are gorgeous, and I LOVE the blue sole. A unique take on the “something blue” dilemma. However, Xoxovmarie is right. They HURT. I had a City Hall wedding, and if I wasn’t posing for pictures or in the process of getting married, I was barefoot… in dirty NYC city hall, lol.

They did look GREAT in pics though!

There is a possibility that I picked out these shoes before I picked out my husband 🙂

From the moment I got engaged I knew I wanted something different for a wedding shoe! I’m also a massive shoeaholic so started searching for the perfect shoe!

I fell in love with a blue shoe (for my something blue!) by Christian louboutin so when we went to vegas as a anniversary present it was my mission to find them!!

After a day of traipsing round the 2 louboutin shops in Vegas my better half suggested we pop into macys. By the point I was tired hot and given up hope of finding them! I walked in did a quick scan and couldn’t see the ones I wanted until I turned round and my gorgeous fiancé was holding the exact shoe! It was all very cinderella lol!!

So I got my perfect shoe and I’ve had them hidden away for 12months! Just another 9 till I can wear them!!

Here they are….

Boston_MrsS_to_be:  I would definitely bring a cute more comfy spare pair for dancing! For my reception, I wore Annika by Alfani, and these were not only super cute, but way more comfortable:

Mine were a light ivory/silvery shade. I got them from Macy’s, and unfortunately, I don’t think they sell that particular kind anymore. 🙁

Here are mine! So excited to wear them!!! I’m having a heck of a time finding a place to dye them though…  First place had them a week, told me they were ready, when I went to pick them up, they weren’t done, said he couldn’t get the right “ivory.”  Oh well, I’ll keep trying.
