Will you be wearing your wedding dress all night? If so, your shoes probably will not be noticeable to anyone if they are under a big dress! Go ahead and wear what you're comfortable in. Though be careful too on having not too big of a difference in heel height between the two pairs of shoes or else you might be stepping on your dress come nightfall! Good luck!

So I'm wearing heels for the actual wedding, but I'm pretty sure that shortly after the reception starts my feet will hurt and I'll want to change. Flipflops seem the easy answer, but it might be in the 20s or 30s at night, so I thought something warmer would be better. I wear danskos and smartwool all winter, so that seems like me. But danskos are a little frumpy for the wedding dress? Anyone think of cute shoes that would look great with knee-ish length socks?
