Take a planning holiday. Stop thinking about it for a week or two… You’ll feel better!

It’s TOTALLY normal!

It’s normal. And it won’t be the last time you get it. Agree with the above, take a holiday from planning, weddingbee, everything.

I totally felt this way before my wedding.  I was a huge stress case practically from the moment we started planning.  I got sick about a month before the wedding and had a cough that would not go away.  I went to my doctor and got a diagnosis of possible whooping cough.  The next week I got a crazy infection in my mouth which was chalked up to decreased immune function due to stress and lack of sleep.  It was insane.  The week of the wedding I was able to just let go and relax and just enjoy the events without much stress.  I agree with the above posters to give yourself a break for a week with no looking at blogs, magazine, etc.  It will help soo much!

Have official no wedding talk or planning days. It’s really a lot to handle and a day off won’t hurt your plans since you have a few months. Sometimes my fiance and I will go at it about decisions and I’ll be so up to here with it, I’ll say ok I’m done with the wedding for today! Feel free to vent to family and friends too, they can sometimes help with little decisions that can get to you.
