I think #6 might be a bit much.  People see a big table of escort cards and they should know to find theirs and take their seat.  Same thing could be said for the guest book.

Our venue (the zoo) had a main zoo entrance and the actual lodge where the reception was was off to the left.  We had a sign at the main entrance telling people to keep walking left over to the lodge.  It was a huge help!

Do you have someone handing out programs or just a basket sitting somewhere?

I think for the most part people get weddings and know what they are supposed to do so I wouldn’t freak out about this.

I did a basket with flip flops for people to wear at the reception.  I just found a basket that said “relax”.  Everyone got the point.

Any directions to go through a particular door or a sign near the church with “Smith and Doe Wedding”?

possibly menus/buffet item signs… bar selections/signature drink signs… bride/groom chair signs… table numbers… street/parking signs if directions are tricky… something for car/limo when you leave.. bathroom basket signs… memorial table sign..

Not sure what you’re using and what you arent, so thats just a rambling lsit of random signs I’ve seen
