I think you might mean JessicaClaire? She has mentioned on her blog at one point what she used, and i know it is an expensive program. I have made simple ones with a program called PhotoShow which is part of the Print Shop software group. It does the crazy transitions and all of that, too. Or you could use powerpoint, which some people prefer because they are comfortable with the layout. HTH!!
I used MS PhotoStory. The slideshow came out pretty well...and it's free from the microsoft site. 
I also used PhotoStory for Windows for a family event and it turned out beautifully. It allows you to add music and then change songs on any particular slide. It also makes the music fade in and out, instead of abruptly ending. I'll be using it again for either our pre-wedding/birthday party or reception.
I used ProShow Gold by Photodex. You can download it off the Photodex website. If you have a Mac/Apple computer is won't work though. Mac has an application called iPhoto you can use (DH has a MAC and I have a PC :) )
There are tons of software available to create great slideshow.. but for the brides that don't have the time to do it by themselves you might want to check site out..

Does anyone know where I can find a website or program that will allow me to upload pictures into a slideshow? I'm looking for something more professional such as ones seen on jenniferclaire.net. Thanks!
