My wedding is inter-cultural too and will be over 3 days (I'm South Asian and he is American). I started out by just figuring out what my time line was and then trying to coordinate places/vendors accordingly. One of the first things we did was decide what was most important to us and made sure we budgeted for those first.
That's such a good idea. Me and my fiance definitely need to figure out what we really want to include in our wedding. I see you are in Stamford. Did you have any trouble finding venues that would let you bring in outside catering (if you are getting outside catering). I've looked at a few places today and none allow outside catering :(

Is anyone else planning a wedding that will take place over a few days? I am in the beginning stages of this and it's already stressing me out. It's an intercultural wedding and the entire event will take place over 3 - 4 days. Looking for venues, caterers, outfits, etc, etc, while all trying to keep everything within a reasonable budget seems like a near impossible task. Anyone have any tips??
