This looks like a LONG day! I would think about pushing things back a little if I were you - 7am until past 10:30pm makes for a cranky wedding party (and a tired bride!). Can you have the BM breakfast at 9am, and then start getting hair and makeup at 10am? (I think you have 4 hours for hair and makeup listed...? 8am - noon?)
Also...using the words "allow" and they "may" and "can"...maybe just use this as a guide and when you share it with the wedding party, just list as "Dinner" or "Dancing"
I think you're head's in the right place and you've got a lot of attention to detail here, but keep it loose because nothing ever goes like clockwork. Enjoy!
Well I'm making the breakfast and the bar optional. I know it's going to be a long day. I don't even know if I'll be up for going to the bar but the FH wants it.
No, no send off. We want to leave when the guests do.
Oh, I have 7 girls that will need their hair done. My cousin who owns a salon suggested having at least 2-3 hours for hair.
Thanks, yeah, this is just a guide. There is some extra time in there. Like cake cutting isn't going to take a full 15 min. The dances aren't going to take 15 min each. But good to put it in there.

Hi Girls. This is my tentative timeline so far. Just to give you a little background. My wedding will be in November so we won't be taking pictures outside, it will probably too cold. So we are just having photos done at the church and at the reception. Oh church is only allowing us to have few photos after the ceremony.
Food stations wil be set up...Similiar to buffet but different because everyone can go to whatever station they want to first. So that's why I'm giving them about 2 hours to eat. This may change if the caterers says less is fine.
I need to fit in a time to meet with each guest so I'm doing it as people are coming into the reception.
Let me know if I missed anything.
