We are having our wedding in early September in the Philadelphia area. We are having lots of out of town guests who are staying at a hotel which is approximately a 20-25 minute drive from the ceremony/reception location (the ceremony and reception will be located in the same place). I would like to provide transport for all of these guests. I have two options: (1) a school bus that has no AC but that only costs $400 for the night or (2) A shuttle van with AC that costs $800 for the night. I am concerned about the no AC. My mother thinks that since it is fall and since it is only a 20 minute drive, people will not need AC. What do you think? Should I splurge and get the van with AC. I want my guests to be comfy and well hosted, but an extra $400 seems like a lot.
