Yeah, weddings are hard!

I’m in a similar predicament now – my ceremony and reception are (probably) going to be in a fairly rural setting about an hour away from a decent sized town, and we’re trying to figure out how to get all guests to the wedding and back to civilisation without a ton of tired drivers all over the road!
At the moment, I’m thinking a bus will be the easiest way to transport at least about 50 or so people, but for myself and my soon-to-be hubby, as well as the bridal party, I was initially thinking of transporting in separate cars. On the other hand, given that it’s a kinda long bus ride, it might be better for everyone if we went with them – they travelled so far to see us, the least we could do is sit on the bus with them!

That’s probably not really a lot of help, but I guess I’m thinking spend as much time as possible with the guests unless there’s an actual need for you to be somewhere else (e.g. for photos).

What about hiring a bus? Or mini busses? That’s what my family is doing for my wedding and have done for previous weddings.

I agree with the bus.  I think people would enjoy celebrating together with you if you were all together!
