    I really want a very soft, sheer veil only 2 layers. Like the ones used by Monique lhuiler in her collections

    I dont know what to look for as in fabric and description.

    Is tulle the softest fabric or should I go chiffon or silk tulle or silk chiffon?

    A chiffon veil will not be as transluant, but it would be soft.
