There is a Spanish Monestary down there that might work.
I too recommend the Spanish Monestary..however, it is a distance away from your ceremony location but if you don't mind it then it's a great location. Also, you have to bring in your vendors.
How about checking out Comber Hall, Coco Plum, or the Women's Coral Gables Club. These places are indoors and I believe they fit what you are looking for.

Thank you for your many suggestions. I absolutely love the Spanish Monastery, however I believe most of it is outside
All venues are beautiful; I believe my top choice is the Comber Hall though... I am hoping it can accommodate 150 people comfortably.
@msfuturea: Do you have any ideas with the same style but a restaurant? I would love to have two floors, similar to The Biltmore, and more than enough room to dance...
Thank you!
Comber Hall goes GREAT with Plymouth Congregational style-wise, they are barely five minutes apart, no traffic in between, and Comber Hall is very large-it would easily hold 150 in my opinion from the last wedding I went to there. Great choice!
Cocoplum is pretty affordable. You get a lot of bang for the buck! Many things are included in the package. My FI and I were really considering it but it wasn't really our style.
@nvila002: Glad to lend a helping hand! :) As far as for your top choice, Comber Hall is great! I believe it also has two floors and I think the second floor is the actual sit-down reception area. You will have more than enough room for your 150 guests if you use this venue. I have seen weddings exceeding 150 guests at this particular venue.
There is another venue that has two floor, PLENTY of space (fits 500 or more), and I think it's affordable compared to Comber Hall. It's the Fire Tower and it has a view of the water.
Also, have you considered checking out the Mayflower Hotel in Coconut Grove? It's a really nice venue, all-inclusive package, with a lot of room.
As far as restaurants that can hold wedding receptions...try checking some of these locations. some of these venues do not have two floors but your guests will have enough room.
The Rusty Pelican: This one has two floors and the wedding receptions that have been held there look awesome!
Briza on the Bay
94th Aero Squadron: The event spaces available are pretty big from what I have been told from other brides.
Texas de Brazil in Miami Beach has two floors but not sure how many guests it can accomodate.

Hello,
I am having a difficult time finding a venue for my reception (preferably indoors). I am looking to have a contempoary wedding (Victorian Style with crytals, ivory and lots of candles). The ceremony will take place in The Plymouth Congregational Church (3400 Devon Road, Coconut Grove, FL 33133).
I would like a venue in which goes with my theme... Perhaps a Spanish / Antique theme. I am in love with the Biltmore however I would like something more cost friendly (I am open to all suggestions regardless the price though). The venue needs to accomadate approximately 150 people and serve delicious food with great service.
Please help...
