Weddingbee boards

I have looked at San Ysidro Ranch.... GORGEOUS! A tad out of my range though for 100 guests and a 40k budget (not including clothing or honeymoon). I would have wanted to use their Stone restaurant for the reception.... pricey! Now I'm interested in Condor Ridge Ranch... anyone here been married there or been there for a wedding? I have seen some phenomonal pics of Rancho Dos Pueblos but my Google search alludes to it being for sale... is this true? I don't want to visit a place and fall in love when it's for sale! My wedding isn't until June 22,2013.  Any other ideas of places that I should be looking at in SB region or Malibu area? I am considering Stone Manor in Malibu but can't find anything else that would possibly fit with the garden or rustic feel I want (most places appear Mediterranean in Malibu). Any ideas would be greatly appreciated
