what is the usual turnaround time for a wedding video? is that normal?

We received our video 4 months after our wedding. I would try calling him first, then if that goes nowhere, sending a certified letter asking for him to deliver your video by a certain date, and list the actions you will take if you do not receive it by then.

it's been almost 7 months since our wedding. Our videographer said he would send our video in 3-4 months. In December we contacted him again - he promised to send it out in two weeks. We still have not received it. I sent him an e-mail last week and have heard nothing....Should I hound him again..... I'm beginning to worry.
