Hey bees, I’ve been away for a while, busy getting myself a new job (can’t wait to start!!!), a new car (to get me to my new job :D), and planning our wedding!
So I wanted to share my wedding vision and get a thread going filled with pictures and love and happiness (I’m not high, just sat at (old, boring) work and want to put some pictures together).
Please join in!

Maggie Sottero – Zendaya wedding dress
Bridesmaid dresses are navy, maxi with a sheer tulle over shoulders making a V neck.
Fiance, dads, brothers and Best man are in either:
The invitations are being handmade by a family friend, it’s a silhouette of a bride and groom under a really intricate archway, in navy card, on champagney/gold card.
I know this isn’t everything, just the things we’ve worked on so far.
Share your thoughts and your visions!

Oh wow, that is gorgeous!
I feel so weird, I’m trying to plan and don’t even have a real “vision”. I just know I want it to be something related to water – although I’m still mulling getting married on the ocean vs. getting married at the beach or overlooking the ocean for a So Cal wedding in March.
How did you come up with yours? I feel like it has such a consistent theme through everything… I don’t even know how I come up with something that coordinated.

Consultette: Really? You see a clear theme? :3 I’m smitten. Honestly, I am.
Erm, well we moved to our house after uni, that beach view is the same as our kitchen, so we wanted to incorporate the stunning Welsh scenery. Also our house name is the same as the reception venue, so it seemed kinda natural to follow that.
Then the colours were a pinterest obsession. Fiance is very masculine, and I love bling, so we came to a muted masculine navy and champagne colour scheme.
The reception venue is a 1920s Chateau inspired by the architecture in Loire valley. So I suppose it’s a Downton/Welsh fusion.
Your wedding sounds gorgeous, Californian ocean/beach in March. Think of all the things you and your Fiance love, and just remember the theme is getting married 😉
My mum is obsessed with there being a ‘theme’, butterflies, flowers, etc. My opinion is that the theme is ‘I love Fiance, so we’re getting married…’ 😀

Looks great! The reception venue is gorgeous!
As for the poll, I would stay away from the double breasted vest. I think it will just add bulk.
