@Bben2009:  We actually have the “for as long as we both shall live” as the end, but everything else is different:

I, Soon2BeMrsS, take you, Mr S, as my husband, my partner in life and my one true love. I will cherish our marriage and love you more each day than I did the day before. I promise to love you unconditionally, to support you in your goals, to honor, trust and respect you, laugh with you and cry with you, loving you faithfully through good times and bad.   I give you my hand, my heart, and my love, from this day forward for as long as we both shall live.

We spent a lot of time going through options, but we ended up going pretty traditional. My stepdad was our officiant, and he actually read our vows to us because H doesn’t do well with public speaking and didn’t think he could handle saying much more than, “I do.”

“[My name], do you take [H] to be your wedded husband to live together in marriage? Do you promise to love, comfort, honor and keep him for better or worse, for richer or poorer, in sickness and in health, and forsaking all others, be faithful only to him so long as you both shall live?”

“Take this ring as a sign of my unconditional love. I promise to walk by your side as your best friend, your lover, and your soul mate. You are my beloved and I am proud to marry you. I promise to support you and to be there for you always as your wife.”

@Bben2009:  Thank you!  Here’s the exchange of rings:

“I give you this ring, as I give to you all that I am, and accept from you, all that you are.  Wear it as a sign of what we have promised on this day and know that my love is present, even when I am not.”

We did something similar to @Lalk2bee. We wrote our own vows on cute cards I made and then displayed them at our at-home receptions since our actual wedding was somewhat destination. I love that I have such special keepsakes and can go back and read the sweet words my SO wrote me whenever I want.

We did repeat a quote that I later found out was from “The Vow” as our ring exchange: I vow to help you love life, to always hold you with tenderness, to have the patience that love demands, to speak when words are needed and to share the silence when they are not, to live within the warmth of your heart and always call it home.
