Hello Bees! Who has the best wedding website? I’ve seen mywedding.com, theknot.com, and weddingwire.com. Do any of you have experience with any of these? Do any of them allow you to have a custom URL? I’m all about the bells and whistles but would like to keep it simple for the guests who visit. For example, music playing when the website launches would be cool, and a password-protected site would be good so we don’t have any wedding crashers (we can’t afford to invite EVERYBODY), but I don’t want guests to have to register on the site in order to access it. Please share your wedding site experiences. Thanks!

@sdbeachgirl: We used TK for our website pretty flawlessly. I found it pretty easy, but I have found that quite a few brides here prefer the others.

@pengoala: Thanks! I like the look of TK and how they allow you to have your own URL that isn’t tied to their website. I’m curious if anyone out there has found a better (read: more user-friendly) one out there…or are they all pretty much the same?

I have signed up for a website on theknot and mywedding, but I have been playing with mywedding a little more. They let you have music and password protection for your site. I think it is pretty user friendly but I can’t compare it to theknot or any other website since I haven’t explored as much.
