Because of circumstances we don’t need to go into, I’m having multiple bridal showers, the first one of which is the first weekend of June. For some reason, my mom thinks that it is absolutely essential that my wedding website is finished for when the invitations for the shower go out (two weeks from now). I disagree. I feel that the shower is the shower and the wedding website is for the wedding and I can have a bit more time on it.
What did you do / are you doing, bees? Will your wedding website, if you’re having one, be finished before your first bridal shower?

Right now we are rushing to finish the wedding website before the Save-The-Date Cards go out. Personally, I don’t want any kind of invites or correspondence to go out before the wedding website is done because I feel that people will want to go to the wedding website for more information. I would consider the shower to be part of the whole wedding, and a lot of people link to their registries online from the wedding website.

I had my site at least presentable by the time of my engagement party.
People were asking about the registry and so the website had to be functional so they could access my registries.

I agree that it should at least be functional even if it’s not complete.
I plan on having my wedding website complete by the time I send out Save-The-Date Cards which will be in May.
