(Closed) Wedding weight loss?

@WedInWI:  I have been half assedly trying to lose weight for about a year (or rather, all my life), but now that I’m getting married, I’ve gotten myself in gear.  I hate to say I’m one of those people who lost weight for their wedding, but I need to lose about 30 lbs and I might as well do it now!  My wedding is in November.  A couple of years ago I dropped 20 in one school term, so I know I can do it by then.

I’m back into running three times a week, and soon to be starting up at the gym.  For diet, I follow the 4-hr body slow carb diet, which I highly recommend.  I also do intermittent fasting, although more for the health benefits than for losing weight.

i am! i have been doing cardio and strength at the gym 5 times a week plus 2 yogas… I have cut out most wheat and dairy. 

this has been going on for about 1.5 weeks and ive lost 5lbs. 

I need to lose it by my wedding in june 2014 .. hopefully about 30lbs as well.. but hope to be down at least a dress size by the time my dress comes in in july. i ordered a size 12 and want to ideally come down to 8 ish

I am not trying to lose weight..just need to massively tone..I am super short, about 5’2″ and weigh about 104-106. I am thin, but have some areas that definitely make me self-conscious, as all women have; the typical places, belly, love handles, butt. Trying to eat healthy and work out, but the weather is so darn cold that I have like zero motivation to work out.
