It's awful when stuff like that happens. =/ *HUGS* I'm sorry that your friend was less than what a MOH should be. For what it's worth, I think you made the right decision in the end.

So i have finally had it. I have 4 people in my wedding party two maid of honors. I didn't want to pick between my two best friends so i just maid them both maid of honor big mistake. I have one maid of honor that does everthing for more then i could ask and the other never answer my calls or my messages. I asked her a week ago if she could get off work to go dress shopping with us. No word yet when i ask her why can't you answer my calls or my messages no word and I can tell she has been on her facebook since. I'm sick of beign ignored im not going to beg anyone to be my friend, bridesmaid or let alone maid of honor. So after no communication her decison is clear to me that she does not want to be in my wedding let alone my maid of honor so i demoted her to bridesmaid. It hurts but at the same time i know its the right decision it not fair for the other girl to do all the work and have to share the title with someone who dosn't even want to answer my calls. So for now on im not going to bug her im not going to call her or message her anymore about the wedding if she wants to be in it she will get ahold of me.
