I am excited about planning the alcohol aspect of our wedding, because we are allowed to provide our own liquor! Woo- except I am a sweet wine addict. My favorite wine, Jam Jar, is like alcoholic Smuckers shiraz and we are looking for suggestions. We are serving some bourbon chicken and white veggie pasta, and so I would appreciate any comments as to whether these wine options look good for a hot summer wedding at an indoor reception: Pinot grigio, chardonnay, prosecco, cabernet sauvignon, and a red blend. Is this too big a selection? If so, what should be cut out? We are also serving beer and bourbon.
