I didn't read blogs before weddingbee- yep!! Now I am addicted.
Whooooa, so many things. I found some amazing Etsy dealers. I also found: Vistaprint, Paloma's Nest and a TON of inspiration (like my favors: tokens to vote for charity donations). I Looooooove the hive for exposing me to so much wedding goodness!
I never thought that so many ladies out there were so creative! I never thought of making my own wedding cake :P I also never really read any blogs.
i've gotten sooooo much inspiration from the bees and readers:-) i haven't crafted since the 3rd grade (okay....maybe it was the 6th?) and i just got started again. my creative juices are flowing. downside is my money is flowing too....right out of my bank account........lol. i have way too many gadgets that i never knew i needed...yes, needed! thank you weddingbee....i think?:-)
Etsy and other brides who are as excited as I am about planning every little detail!
I never realized there were so many people out there who are as passionate about making the wedding as personal as possible as I am! I've never been to a "bee-caliber" wedding - and I'm so excited to add as many personal touches as possible to mine!
Etsy! I knew about DIYing but I didn't think it would be so awesome. I love WB and the dozens of new things I've learned (but can't think of at this minute)!
STD's...that was a big surprise. i only knew of one definition of STD and as my son said he wasn't going to any wedding with STD's....lol
I agree Etsy, Gocco, Paper Source-I dont live by one :-(
And all the creativity that has inspired me!
Etsy...for sure! I can't believe I didn't know about it until WB!
I had never heard of Gocco either or Paper Source (none nearby).
Not to sound pretenious, but I knew about Etsy. It was actually my crafting needs that found me to Weddingbee. I think I dropped in here on a DIY tutorial.
But, I will say that I didn't know how to properly use my Google Reader until I stumbled on Weddingbee.
I love discovering new bees in the community everytime I'm on here!
Pretty much everything that is standard WB-speak I had never heard of before. Thank GOD I found this place because without it, I don't think I ever would have found Etsy.
Gocco and Etsy - and there are TONS of crafts I've found here like the mirror etching and and tasty little cupcake pops!

Confession time: I never knew Etsy existed until I found Weddingbee. So far I've made two wedding related purchases and I already have some ideas for Christmas gifts.
What didn't you know existed (can be anything) before Weddingbee?
