- Wedding: June 2010 - parent's backyard
I was previously a bee for many years, and this site was an extremely helpful resource. After I got married, I decided to move on and closed my account.
Well, some time has gone by and I was looking for a different non-wedding-related message board to join. I couldn’t find one that was organized as nicely as WB. I really hate the format of many other boards, they’re all so poorly designed and there are too many hateful people! So, I decided to return to the bee so I can use this as a helpful resource for NWR things.
I’m so happy to be back!

I got married in September.. and I still can’t quit this site.

Welcome back. Good habits are hard to kick. 🙂

@nerdybird: Welcome! I agree that the forums are soooooo much easier to read and use on WB than other sites…they just don’t even compare! And all the bees are usually so friendly and helpful 🙂 I’ve enjoyed sticking around after my wedding to chat about newlywed stuff and married life. 🙂

Lol while I can’t seem to quit Weddingbee either, but I actuall think it’s really poorly structured compared to other forms I have been a part of in the past. There is not any easy way to see recent responses on the threads and I have way more access issues than other sites.
I do love Weddingbee, and can’t seem to quit even after I got married, but I just have so many technical issues with it!

I do agree! It’s super addicting.
I wasn’t here [most likely] the last time you were here, only been here a month, but welcome back!

Yeah I can’t quit either. I still read tons of boards, especially when I’m bored!

I’m pretty sure that I won’t be quitting the Bee after October, either. But the way I see it, we can offer valuable advice to fellow Bees who are getting married after us!

I feel the same way about the organization of weddingbee. I could not even find the forums on a lot of other sites.
