DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! They also go by weddingdecortogo, redcarpeteventsky and posh rentals. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had buying items online. I had ordered 30 square vases, 6 cylinder vases, 100 votives and 200 napkin rings for my wedding on 5/11/12. When I placed the order Janesa told me they would take 2-6 days to ship. To make a long story short, they jerked me around for a month, she finally agreed to meet me to give me my items on 6/17/12 (I just happened to live 30 mins from her). When I got home I was devastated because we were missing all of the napkin rings, a dozen votives about half of the square vases and one cylinder vase. Not only was I missing items, but we did not receive the items we ordered. Below is a picture below of what we ordered.

This was completely unusable as these were supposed to be my centerpieces and were so tiny they wouldn’t hold but a few flowers. Also, when I started to pull out the votive candles the ‘bling’ mesh was falling off and I had to re-glue about half of them. After contacting Janesa she said that we could swap out all the square vases for more cylinder ones and she would give me my missing items. She then jerked me around for a couple more weeks and finally sent me an email asking if we could meet on 7/1/12. I agreed. When that day came she didn’t meet me. I called/texted/emailed her probably a total of 12 times with NO RESPONSE!!! I contacted Paypal to dispute my charge, but we were outside the 45 day window and wasn’t able to. Mind you my wedding is August 10.
On 7/3/12 she emailed me and asked if I would still like my items or if I would like a refund and if I wanted a refund I could keep the items I already received. I requested a refund. She never responded. I emailed her 3 more times and still NO RESPONSE!!! These are the most despicable people I have ever tried to do business with and I DARE THEM to try to respond to this saying that any of this is untrue like they have the other warnings from fellow bees, because I will personally start a website/facebook page/blog etc and upload EVERY SINGLE EMAIL THREAD that I have from their company and put them on blast. It is now my soul mission to make sure that no other bride has to go through what I have been through. If any of you bees need proof or have any questions, please feel free to PM me. We have opened a dispute with my mother’s credit card company, but as of right now, we are out the money and have no centerpieces….my wedding is in 4 weeks.
