I bought these to wear with my dress because we're also going to be outdoors and I didn't want to worry about tripping. I'm not sure if the gold color would go with your dress but I would think that it would.

I wore them for the first time this last weekend and they were remarkably comfortable although the leather needs to stretch a little bit around the toes.
These are a little pricier but they come in a dark gray ( I also really like the blush pink)

i want to second the cole haan shoes that ncmbuntainbride mentioned in the above post. i tried the blush pink ones today and they were SUPER comfortable and stylish. can't vouch for the gray since i didn't try them on and its made of a different material.
I just bought these shoes from zappos and I love them. They are comfortable and look great on. I had mine died to a pinkish beige color to go with my dress.

I am in the same situation, and I bought these:
Gold wedges from BlueTuxShoes.com
They also come in silver, bronze, and dyeable satin.
They are backordered through the end of March.

Our ceremony is outdoors and I don't really feel like aerating the lawn as I walk down the aisle. Does anyone know a good pair of wedge heels? Strappy or peep toe? Also, my dress is a light gold color, so white and ivory haven't been a great match, so maybe a silver or pewter color?
Thanks!
