Water weight is still weight! it means you weren't getting enough before so now your body fluids are regulating out! yay! :)

Today I blew it, had surgey, and just ate a ton of bad stuff, oh well, the good news is, tomorrow is a better day and so what. one day out of 7 aint gonna make a big difference, Soi its all good:)

@Gingersnap: I lost six lbs last week and kept 5.6 of it off, so the weight can be real!!! Congrats :)
@Ronneykay: Glad to see your surgery went well.
Didnt see making the top five coming . . . yay! I was lazy today and didnt go on my run, and indulged in some sushi and froyo for dinner. Back to veggies and lean protiens for me tomorrow!
@CruiseWedding2010: You bet! I'm shooting for -3lbs! Be sure to scold me on friday if I'm not reporting 214.4!!!!

lol....Slacker messages! That's awesome! Friday was sort of my cheat day since I ate pizza, I'll be making up for that the rest of the week! I worked out yesterday and I need to again tonight :)

i am going to take the dog for a walk because this lovely guy decided to hang out on my deck today, and is driving th dog crazy. it is totally creeping me out. 
I wanna work out, but my head hurts, and we are moving, and are one woman (which is like being 2 men) down... I'm going to post on FB that we need some HELP! asap! There is only my husband, and my 2 sons, so this could take forever. My sons are not the fastest moving individuals. We are suppose to get the keys today so just waiting on the phone call to go get them! Then we are on our way... boxes could be loaded up but they are all still sitting in the living room. I hope once we get the phone call these boys start moving... honestly! ugh!
sorry just a little vent there, I will be discussing this with my husband momentarily. Just can't wait to get the keys! woot! But lets be efficient people! LOL Okay i just took my meds, will be off my high horse momentarily LOL
Hey ya'll wanna see a pic of my surgery site? its really creepie, like something out of the matrix or something.
So if you wanna see something to make you lose your appetite let me know:) I will post the pic. What it is, is they are setting a screw in my head so I can hear out of my left ear after them taking out my inner ear a couple months ago. So the good news is, I just need to wait out this pain and then in 3 months they can put the hearing aide on! woot woot! omg! I can't wait to hear! (and move)

I've seriously eaten so much today :( I don't know what has come over me, eating when I'm not even hungry again :( I suck, I have to get back on track. Pronto.
Ladies, this is confession time. I was good most of the weekend. Only small bites of desserts at the family wedding saturday night. stayed away from the bread and pasta another family event Sunday morning. Then last night hit. Went to an outdoor music fest, this is when things went downhill :( First, stopped by the Mr. Softee truck and got an ice cream cone with chocolate and sprinkles on top. Then went out for dinner at the best italian place in our neighborhood. Shared a bottle of wine with the table. Started out with some bread & butter. Then turned to octopus salad with chickpeas, whole fish (not sure if this was sauteed, but had a buttery taste) then came dessert. Fried dough balls with chocolate dipping sauce and fresh whipped cream, oh my. Then had about 10 vienna fingers while dog sitting at my brothers. (such a treat! we dont keep those in the house.)
Back on track today though. Must fight through lethargic feeling to go to training session and possibly bonus work out later in the day.
I have had such a busy weekend and have 1 party down (Sat) and 1 party today to go to. I haven't done that bad this weekend, but we will see after today. I don't feel so bad though after reading everyone's posts about their weekend eating :)
@mattsgirl813: Wow from 23 to 13 in 2 weeks, that's bad!!! Just goes to show all the ladies how hard it is to try to lose weight and stick to it!!
Ugh.. I'm back to 139. I knew that lost weight wouldn't last. Must try harder!

I had a shocking weekend - was away for my birthday weekend (30!) and at last count i had:
1 million beers
1 million glasses of wine
50000 bites of cheese and crackers
100 pizzas
My fiance and i then decided that since we'd been SO bad all weekend, might as well make homemade pizza Sunday night and make it a trifecta of pizza dinners.
Back on track Monday and things have been good so far. I can start running again tomorrow so I'm really looking fwd to that.
And the cherry on the top of this sundae is, I weighed myself this morning after a huge pee and a big #2 (sorry if TMI, but i like to "clean out" before I weigh myself!) and I'm DOWN from last week!! My body makes no sense!!!!
@ScarletBegonia: no i guess i missed you. Im sorry, you said you stayed the same. so you would b between 6 and 7. I was doing the list from my phone, on my three hour car ride. Again i am sorry, and i did get your weight on my list.
@CruiseWedding2010: i ended up getting weigh-ins from 16 and then heard from another two. so we will see
Monday, and I'm down almost a full pound! This week will rock for weight loss because I'm at work almost everyday! (I work at LUSH inside Macy's, so I'm standing for hours!)

I have a feeling I will be at the bottom of the list for our next weigh in. Things were pretty bad over the weekend! While at the lake, I tried to eat somewhat healthy in the beginning - had grilled chicken. Then came the potato salad, mac and cheese, powdered donuts, vodka, and pizza. I weighed myself this morning and I am up 4.2 lbs from the weigh in last week! I am going to start going back to the gym this week. I have a few more sessions left with my personal trainer. Hopefully by the end of the week I will at least be back down where I was!
Not going to lie, I am pretty damn proud of myself!! (sorry it has taken me a bit to reply, but I couldn't see this thread)
On the other thread I shared that I had changed up my breakfast routine a bit and have gotten some major results because of it. I used to make a protien shake and drink that on my way to the gym for my morning work out and then eat breakfast when I got home before work. I was getting a sort of bloated stomach and feeling nauseous from being full during cardio so now I don't eat anything before the gym and I substituted breakfast for the shake. My protien shake is 120 calories per scoop and I usually add a banana and a cup of skim milk which brings me to about 300 calories for breakfast instead of a total of about 500-600 in the morning! Sometimes I skip the milk and banana all together and add water only which leaves me at the 120 calorie mark.
Last week was pretty good as far as work outs go for me. I took an hour spin class Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday at 5:45am before work. I also went to an hour yoga class Tuesday and Thursday night.
All in all I am taking in only about 1200 calories per day with my food consumption. I've completely cut juices and pops out of my diet. I've limited my starches and pretty much don't eat any bread except for the occasional peice of rye toast. The only thing I drink is water, tea, and shakes. Because my calorie intake is low I have been aiming for healthy snack items to keep me energized and I'm making sure to get enough protien and supplements. Low fat yogurt and unsalted almonds are my go to snack right now. I've also been eating a ton of spinach and only lean meats like chicken, turkey, and fish. No red meat or pork for this girl! Other than that just tons and tons of water.
Oh, and I've also started to take a high dose of probiotics which I've started to notice a difference in my digestion already. I mentioned before that I am also taking a fat burner. The reccomended dose is 2 capsules 3x a day, but I find I feel nervousness and shaky with that much so I'm only taking it in the morning before the gym for that added boost and to wake me up.
Hope all this info helps you guys. I've been getting a lot of tips from a girlfriend who works at the gym and is training for a fitness competition next month. Hard work does pay off!
Sorry I was one of the slackers!!! I was away from my laptop most of Friday and just flat-out forgot to log on here on Saturday! I didn't do too well either last week! I was also not very 'good' this weekend (one of my maids of honor was here and we um, celebrated!), lots of carbs I didn't need and we had Mexican food and pizza. I thought my scale was going to scream this morning, but I had surprisingly lost a pound?? How did that happen??
I do think I burned some calories though on Saturday because I had my very first wedding dress shopping experience and I was in that dressing room just sweating like crazy!! It was so hot in there! I didn't find the perfect dress, but it was still fun!
So today is back to class and I had a 2 hour lunch break today. I've been meaning to hit the gym everytime I get this little 2 hour break but hadn't... UNTIL TODAY! I burned 222 calories in about 45 minutes! So I feel a lot better about this past weekend! :)

well i have to say although i wasnt able to work out all weekend i was able to eat relativly healthy. As of right now i still weigh the same.
today and tomorrow i will be sitting in the lab at school working on a paper, but im hoping to get to the gym tonight if im lucky.
I know what you mean about dress shopping!!! I got stuck in one (the twins were the culprits!) And the little old lady SA didn't have the arm power to get it off! I was fidgeting in it for like ten minutes! !!
@mattsgirl813: I just weighed myself and I am the same after the weekend too! I think this is because I was busy around the house and only worked out once and had a big dinner on Sunday! I'll be back to the hard work tonight..
Any one a wine drinker? do you know if that inhibits weight loss at all?

I was really bad yesterday and paid for it a little today unaddicting myself to food again :(
@miss.nicole: Depends are you drinking a glass or the whole bottle :) Alcohol converts to sugar after you drink it, so I think it would depend on your body and if drinking alcohol makes your body crave sweets more. When I started losing weight I just didn't drink alcohol because I didn't think it was worth the calories.
it is beautiful here today, wish i could be outside, but unfortunatly i have to finish a paper for class tonight. hopefully i can make it to the gym after class, if im not to tierd. How is everyone today?
@mattsgirl813: Right now I'm drinking Diet Coke, I woke up hungry this morning and I'm trying to ignore it!! Gonna do weight lifting at lunch. It's pretty here in sunny San Diego too, but unfortunately I'm working all day and doing overtime and won't be off probably until it's dark :( Good luck with finishing your paper.

@M.Ruder: Oh my gosh that sounds traumatic!! It was seriously a big concern of mine getting stuck in a dress, but luckily I didn't have any major problems! I'm aiming for another size down by the time I go for dress shopping round 2! :)
