How are everyones DIY projects coming along? What did you get done this weekend?
I scrubbed labels off my collected jars for centerpieces and hot glued fabric around the ones I couldn’t get all the gunk off of, made bride/groom signs, made our direction signs, and started on our escort card display (until I ran out of nails), and addressed/stamped all our invitations!!! Woohoo!!

Really cute! My weekend starts tomorrow and I plan on finishing up our invites and rsvps, and start on the bouquets and maybe the guestbook. Do you have another shot of the jars? I am thinking of doing this and having a tough time picturing certain jars looking cute.

@Pixienickie: I ride making paper flowers and it was a big, fat, fail for me. I give mad props to anyone who makes their own bouquet (real, fake, paper, broach) – good luck!
this are the only other photo I have but basically I have 200+ jars. Some will be plain and some will have some fabric/lace/ribbon wrap and there will be two sets of 10 jars clustered on our long tables for centerpieces. some will have tea lights in them and some will have loose flower arrangements.

Looks great! Where did you find those gold labels on the invites? Those would look great on my plum envelopes!

@lollygagon: they are kraft paper labels. They are part of the Martha Stewart line at Staples. Originally they are to put on boxes but they fit just fine on my envelopes.
@soinlove79: excellent idea with the glitter spray paint!
