@sera_archie:  good for you for being honest!!! I will posinto the morning! I’m a little nervous as it was a holiday weekend here! I did we’ll during the week but the weekend… We will see!

Last Week: 175.2

This Week: 174.4 NOT where I wanted to be….

Lbs/Kgs to go: 19 lbs

Weeks to the wedding: 18

Challenges or success from last week? During the week = success! I ate great, right where I needed to be in health and calories…. Challenges: THE WHOLE FRICKING WEEKEND, including today!  We did so much yard work and projects that we ate like crap, drank a ton of beer… BLAH. 🙁

QUESTION – how did you decide what your goal weight was? Its within my BMI (although, I know that it isn’t alway accurate… I look at 155 but haven’t been there for a long time.  I’m hoping that once I get there (NOT IF), it will not be difficult to maintain…

Last Week: 135 lbs

This Week: 135 lbs

Lbs/Kgs to go: 5 lbs

Weeks to the wedding: 15.5 weeks

Challenges or success from last week? I seem to have plateaued at 135 lbs.  I use My Fitness Pal to track calories and am currently doing Phase 2 of Jillian Michael’s Total Body Revolution.  I recently tried upping my calories and although I’m not losing, I’m not gaining either and I like to think that I’m at least firming up and toning so losing inches.

Deciding goal weight:  I am 5″7 so this is a healthy BMI for me and an achievable goal.  I have dealt with eating disorders in my past so 130 as a goal weight seems quite high to me but is the right weight for my frame without me looking sickly.

Lbs to go: 10-20

Weeks till wedding: 16.5

Challenges or success from last week?  Looking for healthy diets online and trying to stay motivated because I love to eat.  

The goal is based on what?- Just at or under my lowest adult weight.  Planning to loose but not too much that my gown will not fit right.  Just be my best.

Lbs to go: 3-10

Weeks till wedding: 15

Challenges or success from last week?  I’ve started to plateau after hitting the 5kg weight loss mark. There have been a few family functions and work lunches which really isn’t helping!

The goal is based on what? Ideal BMI (10lbs to go) and a weight that I felt pretty healthy at (3lbs to go). Will know I have reached my goal when I feel healthy.

I’ve been bad!! I went camping over the holiday, and been super busy, I’ve only went to the gym once this week! Embarassed

I am sticking to my diet though!! I’ll have to wait and weigh in next week!
