Hey bees… me again… I’ll be posting a lot in the days leading up to the wedding, I’m sure! Any ladies out there stressed about their weight? I have just under 2 weeks to get ready for the wedding. I’m probably 6 pounds over my typical “comfortable weight” and I’ve been trying really hard to eat light, lots of fruits and veggies, water, and protein. It’s hard! If anyone has any tips for me to lose a few pounds here, I’m here! Thanks 🙂

Since getting engaged I gained 30+ pounds and just now realizing I don’t want to look at my wedding pictures and see a “fat” me. I’ve lost 10 pounds so far and have 4 months until the wedding. Ideally I’d lose 20 or more pounds but at the moment I’d be happy with 10.
Basically I’ve actually cracked down on eating better and excersising more and drinking nothing but water. I’ve also been trying to eat more but smaller meals and know exactly everything that going into my body, meaning fresh ingredients and more homemade cooking.
Don’t know if this works with your lifestyle or not but it might help with those few extra you’re trying to get rid of!

Join something like Livestrong.com’s Daily Plate and start tracking your calories in and out and try to get to a net of 1200-1500 calories a day and you could safely lose 4 lbs in these two weeks.

Hey ladies! Thanks for your replies. I pretty much did exactly that, and I lost just enough weight to make my face look a little slimmer and feel better about myself. It was worth it, I felt pretty good! After looking at all our honeymoon photos on the beach, though, my husband and I decided we need to step it up! We have started the Insanity fitness program. On day 11 here, and it literally makes me want to cry. I have never sweat this hard in my life. I am trying to be very disciplined with the food too. It helps when you put so much energy into something, since you don’t want to sabotage with a poor diet. Thanks for your encouragement. Anyone else having a similar experience or have any thoughts?
