i dont know why but i decided to share w u my recent weight issues.
first of all, im 5 ft 1″ so tht doesnt leave much room for an extra pound, except to pile up on the hips or thighs 😀
and ive spent my entire life overweight! so i finally got hold of my weight when i was 21 and reached a good healthy weight!
since then ive become a diet freak! not in a crash dieting, purging type! on the contrary, id pay attention to everything i eat, and choose only healthy stuff, and exercise on a daily basis! so i was able to maintain my new weight!
then i got engaged and started working at the same time, so i just stopped exercising, and ate out all the time, and craved cheese sticks and HAD them on a regular basis! and to my own surprise, i started losing weight like crazyyyy!
i mean this never happens! but it happened! im now sz 0-2! i used to be sz 6! and my face is really thin, butt my body looks really nice! and my fiance digs it :DDD
now, im kinda thinking what if karma bites me in the um behind, and all the junk ive enjoyed is gonna show up all of a sudden a couple of months before the wedding :s
well, im just gonna cross my fingers and hope not! and im starting to take it easy and have more salads and less cheese and chocolate!
and thats it, just a random post lol!

This is terrible of me, and only comes to mind because I’ve lived in a rural area of a third world country where it’s common, but my first thought was, “ooh, sounds like worms!”
how gross is that? I’m so sure you don’t have a worm though 🙂 lucky girl to lose weight from stress! I wish I had your ‘issues’ haha.
I just keep getting squishier and squishier myself… 🙁

I’m with daydreamwanderer, I only get bigger, not smaller. And what sucks is that there are good days where I feel really small, but eating just one wrong thing can cause me to go into bloat central where I feel and look like I way 500 pounds. My stomach kind of has a mind of its own, so some days it’s very squishy, and on better days, not so much.
Don’t look a gift horse in the mouth, though, just keep eating right (maybe skip the cheesesticks now and then), and you should not gain a bunch of weight in the next 2 months. Congrats to you!

If you continue to lose weight like that you might want to see a doctor. Just to be on the safe side!
Otherwise, enjoy it! Cheese sticks are seriously so freaking good!

well, i AM a doctor, so im pretty sure its not worms :p and im really really healthy and feeling well!
but yeah i decided to just eat better, and exercise, im gonna try swimming coz its fun and burns calories and shapes up the bum 😀
its just weird that after having to weigh every piece of bread i put in my mouth and having to wake up at 5:30 am to exercise i just lose weight randomly! but its true im gonna stop talking about it, i dont wanna jinx myself!!
and u know what, at the end of the day, it doesnt matter what size u r, just pick a dress that flatters ur body, im really short so i had to pick sth tht doesnt make me look like fun sized! so every1 has sth they have to work around 🙂
