Hopefully wherever you go to school has a rec center so you can start utilizing it now!! Usually it's part of your fees. If you put it off until graduation you won't ever get into it so just start now! Late November I started The New Rules of Lifting for Women after reading a bee blog post about it. There's a workout plan and diet to follow. I've noticed an improvement in my body for sure.
Thank you guys I start on my weight loss plan next week. I will post update pictures
I personally do beachbody workouts at home... p90x, turbo fire, ect. But if you dont have money for that and you do have access to a gym I would recommend bodybuilding.com Jamie Eason's 12 week trainer. totally free and gives a great diet plan for eating clean. losing that much weight should not be an issue with lose skin, especially if you lift weights which helps to tighten skin. however if you lose too fast it could arrise in some areas... however everyone is different.

I'm graduating next fall and I've gained so much weight since I've started college. Long story short freshmen year my mom was being an over protective parent made me go on Depo. Depo plus freshmen 15 I gained a lot of weight. And over the year’s stress of school haven’t been helpful either. I have been putting this off for too long now but I want to lose weight and get back to my pre college weight which means I will have to lose 40lbs. I would be happy at this weight to start with but eventually I want to lose about 15lbs more to have a healthy BMI. After graduation I will be starting a new chapter in my life such as finally being on my own and getting engaged to my FH. So I want to look good and feel good celebrating starting this new chapter in my life.
Can you ladies give me some ideas of where to start? I'm a "struggling college student" lol so I don’t have much to work with. Also with me losing that much weight will I have loose skin? I ask because I'm short(4'9) How can I prevent it?
