With all the weight loss posts these past few days. I wanted to start a post that focus on the more fun aspect. A place we can come to share/brag about new amazing dishes we made while on our weight loss and health goal journey.
I get really bummed when I come up with an amazing new dish and I have no one to share it with because none of my friends are on diets or health kicks! I get so excited about something that tastes good, or looks good and you would never know its healthy food!! So I thought this would be a fun way for all of us to share ideas and brag about what were cooking for our diets and help each other break away from the mundane diet/health routine and experience some new things and get some inspiration. This isnt just for dieters or people losing weight, this is for anyone who likes healthy cooking and is looking to be more health conscious too!
So here is how this is going to work, its really simple!
Include in your post:
- Description of why its healthy, i.e low fat, low carb, vegetarian, raw cooking, no sugar, high protein etc. Do this first before you start the recipe
- Recipe/ingredients (please credit where you got the recipe if its not yours)
- Photo if you want but not required. I do love me some good food porn photos!
