I have spoken to my Dr and he has put me on pills (Duromine)…I have lost 20kg so far and I have another 30kg to go…They stop me from feeling hungry.

I am currently at 138 and I’m trying to reach 128 by March. I would like to lose 5lbs by mid November but I’m not going to hold my breath on that one.

 

I’m trying to eat healthier, run 3x week, work on core 3x week, drink more water

I am on Weight Watchers.  I didn’t have a ton to lose from the start, but I had gotten to a point where I was just uncomfortable with how I looked and how I felt, plus my blood pressure was a bit high.

I am 5’3″.  I started at 151.6 and I am down to 133 – I lost the weight over the course of a year.  I want to lose about 5(ish) more pounds.  

With or without Weight Watchers, it is just important to eat in moderation, know your weaknesses (i.e. I will definitely eat an Oreo at someone’s house, but I cannot buy a package for my own home), and drink a decent amount of water.  Personally, I need to exercise more.  Try to find an activity that you love and get active!

You have about five months to your wedding – they say a healthy rate of weight loss is about 1-2 pounds per week – so you can definitely get there by your wedding date.  Good luck!

my goal is to stay at my same weight of 115 but trade my cottage cheese thighs and pooch for a bit of muscle… i’ve started this my cutting out my one weakness… pepsi slurpees. and trading that for water. Ive also started to hit the gym again… my goal is to do this over the holidays and be somewhat there by my wedding in January (in mexico… this is the main reason – lol)

I have am trying to get down to 153 I have lost 16 pounds so far since the start of the year. It’s been slow progess since I hurt my hip for a few months and couldn’t really work out, now I have Henoch Schonlein Purpora and can’t do impact excerises because they make me swell up, so I swim when I can manage it. I have 11 left to go.  I have been trying to maintain weight by eating good food.  That has been going so-so for the past two weeks but I’m doing okay. 

Need recipe inspiration I think.

Have any of you considered doing any of the Beachbody programs to get in shape for your wedding?

I was a bride to be a couple of years ago like y’all and getting in shape for my wedding was a top priority!!  I wish i had found beachbody then and I would’ve been much happier with my results!

I am a Beachbody coach and am starting a small 5 -6 person Challenge Group on Facebook in a couple of weeks for P90X and/or Insanity.  This group is for accountability, motivation, support and inspiration 🙂
