Best of luck! It’s a tough journey, but WW really does work. I lost 45 lbs over six months on WW. If I can give any advice: reward yourself for staying on the program, give yourself a cheat meal every week or so if you need it, and take a minute to remember your goal every day! Congratulations on your upcoming wedding, too!

Good luck! WW does work. Im back on it in 2012 to 2013 I lost 75lbs, since then I had a family tragedy and getting pregnant.

Its okay to have a piece of pizza or two. Just track!

You can do it! I would be happy to answer any question or if you need support.

Good for you for starting your journey!  I have been on mine for a few years now, I yo-yo up and down.  Right now I am wanting to lose about thirty pounds so I would like to follow this to keep myself accountable, too!

Good luck, Samshoney!  Losing weight is so hard, but it is absolutely doable!  4 years ago, I went from a size 18/20 to a size 10 in 11 months using WW only, no exercise.  I exercise regularly now that I have lost weight, since I find it is much easier to do so.  It also helps me maintain my weight loss

Some days are certainly harder than others and temptation is always going to be around.  My advice is not to totally deprive yourself from what you love.  If you are craving something, have a small portion occasionally.  Track it with WW and adjust the rest of your day accordingly.  This way, you will not feel like you’re not completely banned from the foods that you love.  Dessert or a cheat meal once every week or 2 is ok.  And do NOT feel guilty about it!  Also, diet is about 80% of shedding pounds, and exercise is only about 20%.  Exercise helps you lose faster, but don’t count on it solely.

Congrats on your upcoming wedding!  I look forward to following this thread and seeing your success.
