@lexmek27:  Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred is amazing! I use it on days that I can’t run outside or hit the gym. It’s only 20 minutes and always leaves me sweating and sore! Also – there this this app called WOD Deck of Cards where you assign a different workout to each suit in a deck of cards (spades = crunches, hearts = pushups, etc.) and then you go through the whole deck and do the number of reps for each card. It times your whole workout and it goes pretty quick because you are constantly switching between moves.

I like the ChaLEAN Extreme workouts and the TurboFire ones from Beachbody. My fiance is doing T25, and loves it since it’s only 25 minutes each workout.

@lexmek27:  Doing a few rounds of the 7 minute workout app is great and gets your heart rate up. Plus it’s equipment free. The Nike training club app is supposed to be great as well, but I think most of them require eqiupment.

doyogawithme.com is great for yoga and pilates videos for varying lengths and intensities.

I’d add tracking your food too (obviously, unless that’s a trigger for you). Sometimes things are adding up more than you think and might sabotage your workout results. This isn’t as onerous as it sounds. There are some great apps out there that include bar code scanners, so it doesn’t get much easier than that! (MyFitnessPal, SparkPeople, amoung many others).

(Apologies if you already do this, or it seems off-topic. Just the voice of personal experience. My ‘plateau’ was really just lack of attentiveness to portions!)
