I joined weight watchers right after thanksgiving last year and I lost about 18 pounds by August.
I found that the plan also encouraged me to eat a better variety of foods and more vegetables, so I felt healthier over all.
My friend went on weightwatchers and lost about 30 lbs in 6 months! She was already beautiful but it really taught her to eat healthier and maintain the weight after she reached her goal weight. My sister is also on weightwatchers (through the online program) and lost about 8 lbs since she first started a few weeks ago. My coworkers is also on it, and as much as she hates going to her weigh-ins, she find it to be a very supportive group and she loves it very much.

I joined watch watchers last spring. I ended up lossing 20 pounds in 3 months. I really loved it. My old job hosted meeting at work so it was easy and convienant. I never thought I ate that bad but I learned alot and make much better choices now because of it. I even inspired by FMIL to join based on my success.

I am looking into joining weight watchers to lose 15-20 pounds for the big day. Has anyone been on weight watchers? Advice?? I have 11 months, so I figure that my goal isn't that ridiculous!
