I'm up a pound to 170, but I think it's because I'm a bit bloated (sorry for the overshare!). Congrats, penguingal!
Ooh, congrats! :) I am actually down a few ounces again, making me less than 1 lb away from goal. Can you say slowly but surely much???!! ;)
Didn't work out all week though, but walked a LOT. My success is 100% portion control, I've been eating smaller dinner portions and drinking less alcohol in general. Go me!!!
Up 2lbs today... UGH!
Probably has something to do with the martinis I had last night instead of going to the gym.
Usually my friends and I are good about going to the gym together, but last night the martinis won out.
NOT a good decision... I feel gross this am.

I LOST 4.4 POUNDS LAST WEEK! It was my second meeting so my first full week on the program. I don't have much weight to lose, so this is HUGE. I don't expect to continue at this rate, but I'm still super excited.
My weight loss has slowed down a LOT. The first three weeks, I lost at least 3 lbs each week, but the last two, I lost about one a week. Still, it's progress.
I'm down 14.5 lbs total so far.
I'm also excited because I found some one-point wheat tortillas from La Tortilla. I've been eating them with everything. Yesterday for lunch, I made a turkey wrap with arugula, tomato, sprouts, red onion and honey mustard - 5 points total. This morning, I made a breakfast wrap with egg whites, low-fat cheese and salsa - 4 points total.

@sloth: that's still amazing progress in a relatively short amount of time!

I lost 2.7 lbs this week (for a total of 5.2). I weighed in on Saturday, then proceeding to eat about 5 million pieces of Halloween candy yesterday *sigh*. I hope that doesn't mess up my whole week!!
Gained 2 pounds :( But I did have a good weekend away with my hubby at the B&B.

I just thought I would kick off the good WW news! I am down about 3 lbs this week! I am still in awe over how I am able to indulge in real ice cream just about every night and still lose weight. It is amazing.
How are you ladies doing this week?
