I do weight watchers by myself for free! There's lots of info online about the program, if you do some searching you could probably figure out the program. a great site is www.dwlz.com she has lots of points values for restaurant foods and such. I haven't looked specifically but there's probably info on how the program works....
A lot of their philosophy is the meeting to hold yourself accountable, I tried online and it was way too easy to forget. that being said, Herbal magic is $3500 in total for me to lose 40 pounds, and thats the student rate, so weight watchers seems cheap now!

I'd love to do weight watchers, but I really don't want to pay $65 for 3 months. I really don't have the money to spend on it. Is there any other program that's similar that I could do for cheaper?
Or any other ideas?
