my overall goal is to lose 10 more lbs before i start going dress shopping. aside from that i want to feel more comfortable in my own skin and i hope this will help me to build up my self-confidence.

my goal for this week s to exercise more than this past week. the heat is terrible right now (heat index of up to 112 every day this past week). i try not to eat my extra points at all but i find myself using them mostly during the weekend.

as for my weight, i won’t say only cause there are people in my real life who may see it and i don’t want them knowing my business 😉 this week i lost .8 lbs bringing my total to 11.4 since starting ww at the end of march. not as quick as i’d like but i fell off track for about a month in between.

I love doing weight watchers! I did it last winter/spring and lost almost 30 pounds! I went from a size 8 to a size 4- I felt so much better in my body.  Since then, I gained back about 6 pounds.  I plan to start again in September when school is back in session and I have a good routine going.

What are your goals?

To make working out part of my daily routine (whether I’m on WW or not).  Oh! and! I want to look amazing in my wedding dress!

Goal weight
130 lbs – I’m at 143 right now, and I’m 5’1″

and!  @DomesticDiva:  date twins! lets help motivate eachother!

@DomesticDiva:  same! If there is any sort of junk food in the house, don’t expect it to make it longer than a day.  Right now – not being on it- guacamole, pizza, and wine are totally kicking my butt.  I also tried my fitness pal? I thought it was awful.  I like how WW motivates you to try new things (umm have you made the turkey chili? Amazing. I can even get my FI to eat it.)  and that fruits and veggies are free! When I do splurge on pizza, I load it up with veggies to make myself feel less-bad.

OH!!!

My mom is on it too.  She just had this AMAZING find!! Bunny Hill’s Sweet Freedom Fudge Bars! They are ZERO POINTS for one! She added it up- and you can eat the whole box for 2 points …. not…that… I’d do that… or anything….

@jasonkatie2014:  I hated MyFitnessPal!!! Too restrictive and not social

I’m going to my frist ever WW meeting on Tuesday! I am very excited! Unlike a lot of other people, I am losing weight AFTER our wedding. I didn’t want to stress myself out too much about it before.

Looking at my wedding photos now, I kind of wish I had, but oh well. Most of them look great.

So what can I expect at my first meeting? I’m looking forward to this being a total lifestyle change.

What’s your overall goal?

Toning, Toning and more toning. I also need to be more fit to help improve my breathing issues. Not sure what happened but within the last year of gaining 10-15 lbs I started having a lot of upper respitory issues.

What are your goals for this week?
To really figure out how this Weight Watchers plan works and to attend one of the meetings. I would also like to ramp up my workouts to 5-6 days out of the week instead of 3-4.

Starting weight this week?
The scale said 192 lbs which my fiancee balked at. IDK how I can weigh that much but maybe its the muscles. I’m only 5ft. 7 (below is a full body pic of me from early July the day I bought my dress. No shapewear or bra)

Lost this week?
None that I know of!

Total weight loss?
Doc said drop 20 soooooo 20 it is!

Goal weight
175 lbs.

I’m pretty body confident but the fact that doc says dropping weight and working out more is necessary then that’s what I will do.

So I went to my first meeting and signed up for the monthly pass program. Geez, $43/month! I had no idea it was that pricey. Well, whatever. I hope it works. So far it seems to be pretty permissive. I went to the store and loaded up on fruits and veggies today, since I can apparently have as many as I want.

@DomesticDiva:  You have NO idea how tough it has been for me to get back in the swing of things. I get so easily frustrated because I used to be able to do HIIT (high intensity interval training) but my lungs are like hell-to-the-naw lol. I’m pacing myself and I’m determined to get back to it. All in due time, right?

Also, thanks a bunch for your kind words. My fiancee always wonders how in the hell I weigh over 170. My measurements are 40.5″, 30.5″ and 44″. I really dont think the scale was accurate because this morning I weighed myself and I’m 186.3 lbs so I highly doubt I was able to lose 6 lbs in one week.

How did everyone else do this week/weekend? I must admit I binged on Sunday but not my usual heavy intake of sugar and carbs so for that I’m grateful!
