My weigh in is tomorrow but last week I was down 1.4lbs...so 16lbs total since middle of January :)
My weigh in is tomorrow but last week I was down 2.4 pounds. That was my first week back on the bandwagon (and attending meetings)
Also weighing in tomorrow. Down one pound last week and I'm not super optimistic for tomorrow... I've been on Spring Break at my FI's parents' house. Trying to make good choices, but I've also been out to eat several times this week and haven't tracked. I have been following my healthy habits, though! This is my sixth week and I'm starting to feel the idontwannas...
But! Plus side: I did go work out with FI on Wednesday and we're going again tonight. Woot!
Not on weight watched but had some progresso soup today. It was beef pot roast and it says its only 1 weight watcher point! Just wanted to share! :)
Haven't weighed in yet (I know, bad). Yesterday was my WI day but the alarm didn't go off so I got up SUPER late and had to rush into the office.
Today, FI wanted me to walk to work with him so he was hurrying me along.
I'll step on tomorrow morning. Last week I gained 11 lbs. I've been stepping on the scale throughout the week and it has stayed. I put a dumbbell on the scale to confirm it is weighing correctly and it is.
Looks like either I never lost the 12lbs I thought I lost, or I actually managed to gain 11lbs in one week.
Either way... not a happy camper over here.
@Donnica22: They trick you with those, it's 1 point per serving, but one can = 2 servings.
@KatNYC2011: Theres no way you gained 11lbs in a week! Have you been using the same scale each time? And weighing in at the same time of day? Unless you were eating non-stop for a week theres just no way!
@Bostongrl25: Yup, using the same scale every time, same time of day, all the same.
I just have no idea what happened. Maybe my scale was off for 2 months and showed me losing weight when I wasn't.
Since the scale is currently accurate, I don't really know what to make of it all.
@Donnica22: That's the tricky thing about WW. 1+1 doesn't always = 2.
It's still lower point then most soup and is definately good. But 2 servings eaten at once could be 3 or 4 points rather than 2.
Saturday weigh in. Down .8. Better than a gain, and truth be told I have to wear my wedding dress in a week so I'd rather stay the same and not risk my dress being too big or look "unfinished". I've lost 22.2lbs on WW so far and once the wedding is over (next week), I'll be back full speed.
Update on earlier post: I gained four pounds in a week! I gained the weight between Saturday of the week before (my usual weigh-in) and the next day, and just never lost it all week. Makes me wonder if it's water weight - can that stay on for a week??? I was also in a different city weighing, so they mentioned that it might be a difference in scales.
FI couldn't believe I gained four pounds in a week, so he thought it must be a fluke. Totally on plan this week and hoping for good results this weekend.
