So I’m not going to lie…I totally skipped weigh in this morning. I’m terrified I gained a gazillion points on vaca so I am going to sit this one out and get back on the scale next week.
But, for all you non-cowards out there, how’d you do?

I’m on WW and have been maintaining for a few months because I was so sick of dieting. I need to get back on the train! I’ve lost 20 lbs so far and would like to get down another 5-7 by the wedding…32 days away. Yikes!

I feel like I’m asking so many questions about this but I’m so scared to jump the gun and spend the money. Everyone I’ve talked to says WW is the best but how does it work other than point counting? And what do you do at meetings?

@ireland I have been on it for years and I love it. For me, I think it works because it makes me be mindful of how much I’m eating and also reminds me to get in all the healthy things such as fruits, veggies, water, healthy oil, ect. I don’t do the meetings just use the online tools and I love that. Feel free to email me [email protected] if you want to ask more questions!

I’m going to admit that I gained 3.2 pounds this week…but I went totally off the plan and didn’t track a thing…and let me just tell you there were bad things like onion rings, wings, grilled stickies, pizza, breadsticks and others such bad things involved. I had a super stressful week at school and let that ruin my week.
I was .5 away from my ten percent…so now I need to lose 3.7 pounds to get there…but I’ll get there.
@ireland…feel free to pm also with questions. I love the meetings and the women (and one man) there. We talk, laugh, and have a great time while talking about the issues that got us where we are. Some people don’t need the meetings, but I go every week, even if I know I’ve had a bad week…because I’d rather know then be wondering all week. I say give it a go.
