I was on WW a few years ago and found myself splurging at the end of the day in order to fill my point quota and still lost close to 20 lbs. The whole point of WW is that it teaches you portion control. That way, you can still have those spluges like Chick Fil A and stay on track.
I'm glad you asked that. It almost feels like I can eat more on WW than I would regularly.
I am totally going through the same thing right now, but my weaknesses are pizza and mac and cheese - I love this plan ;)

I just started weight watchers, so I'm very new to everything about it. Yesterday I did not eat a lot of points for breakfast and lunch, so I decided to splurge on a chick fil a sandwich for dinner. I was actually still under points, but I still feel really guilty about eating fried chicken when I'm supposed to be on a diet. I'll be doing the same kind of thing today b/c my family is going to a buffet tonight so I'm watching closely what I eat during the day.
I'm hoping that I can just trust that the points system works... but I'm still weirded out that I can eat these foods. Has anyone lost weight while still eating some fatty foods but keeping on track with points?
