ariellebride, it always helped me to pull out the ol' faithful tracking booklet and write everything down on paper. Bring your booklet that has points values, go grocery shopping and help plan the meals so you're in charge.

Hi Bees!
I started weight watchers about 3 weeks ago and am down 5.8 pounds! I'm going on vacation with my fiance's family tomorrow and won't be near a computer. I'm nervous because I won't be able to track my points and I know there will be lots of temptation. I just don't want to gain any weight back and I hope to keep losing! I am also training for a half marathon and I plan to continue my workouts while in florida.
Any suggestions to keep on track while on vacation?
Thanks in advance!
