It’s been a weird day, as I said in the title. We’re on our first cycle TTC and today I’ve been feeling nauseated and hungry and disconnected and now I have a dull ache in my lower abdomen. I’ve not actually thrown up and AF is still 11 days away (if my 24 day cycle is correct from last month and it being my first month off of BC). There’s no way I can POAS and get anything helpful, but goodness. I feel like crap. I’m hoping dinner helps and then an early night to bed. I would be so happy if this it and I was KU, but it’s not that likely. Is it?

If you typically have 24 day cycles, and AF is still 11 days away, that means you’re on about CD13. It’s highly unlikely to be pregnant at this point – you may not have even ovulated yet and the symptoms you are feeling are related to O coming.
Are you doing anything to track ovulation – temping, OPK’s, checking cervical mucas?

Also, are you recently coming off birth control?

@debinoxford: I think I was about 5-7DPO when we flew home from our honeymoon, and I’ve never been so sick in my life!
And I was indeed KU. So good luck!

I am recently of BC. Had one period since then (24 days after the last one). I was pretty sure that this was ovulation time for me, so unless my body is being weird because of dropping BC, then maybe that was my sign for ovulation. Feeling fine today so far.
@Glasgowbound: I’m not temping or using OPKs yet, but just paying attention to what is going on. I knew I was somewhere around O time when this happened, so I was just thrown off. Last month I had nothing like this until AF showed up. But nausea doesn’t accompany AF for me. I am trying to track CM though since I noticed last month I had nothing until 2 days before AF. I’m pretty sure it was just O-related, so we’ve been BDing a lot this week. Hopefully something sticks!
